Austrian consulate in the Republic of Serbia headed by honorary consul established PDF Print E-mail

foto-Vanja-KeserA Consulate of the Republic of Austria in the Republic of Serbia, headed by Honorary Consul Goran Jovanovic was established in Nis, on 23 May 2017. By following existing diplomatic procedures, an opening ceremony was held at which Acting Assistant Foreign Minister for Consular Affairs Aca Jovanovic, on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, received the Letter of Commission from Honorary Consul Jovanovic, handing over to him the exequatur allowing the performance of consular functions in the territories of Nis, Zajecar, Toplica, Jablanica, Pcinj and Pirot districts. In this way, the Consulate of the Republic of Austria began to operate.

The Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of Republic of Peru, holding ordinary passports PDF Print E-mail

zastava peruaAt its meeting of 11 May 2017, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of Republic of Peru, holding ordinary passports. The Decision is published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No. 46/2017 of 12 May 2017 and enter into force on 20 May 2017. Under the Decision, the nationals of Republic of Peru can enter, transit through and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia without a visa, during a period not exceeding 90 days within period of six months from the date of entry, if there are no hindrances defined in Article 11 of the Law on Foreigners .

The Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of Malaysia PDF Print E-mail

zastava malezijeAt its meeting of 29 September 2016, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of Malaysia, holding all types of passports ( except for emergency travel documents/ laissez-passers and travel documents issued in accordance with international conventions). The Decision is published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No. 81 of 5 October 2016 and shall enter into force on 13 October 2016, and will be applicable between 1 December 2016 and 31 December 2017.
