The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia received a note from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Madagascar, whereby the latter revoked its previous decision on the recognition of the so-called Kosovo. The note was dated 5 December 2018.
Madagascar is the twelfth country which revoked recognition of the unilateral declaration of the independence of Kosovo and Metohija.
