On 20 November 2018, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia Prak Sokhonn received State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Nemanja Stevanovic.

On that occasion, State Secretary Stevanovic in his capacity as Special Envoy of President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić, delivered his personal message to Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia Hun Sen.

In the meeting, the officials discussed further promotion of Serbia-Cambodia relations and a higher frequency of meetings between the two countries' top officials in the period ahead.
