Acting Assistant Foreign Minister for Consular Relations, Ambassador Aca Jovanovic had a meeting with Prof Dr Stevan Berber, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Serbia to New Zealand with a seat in Auckland, on the premises of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Serbia, on 15 August 2018.

On the occasion, they discussed current issues related to cooperation between the two countries and activities undertaken by Honorary Consul Berber in the development of economic, business and cultural ties between the two countries and his engagement in providing consular assistance to Serbian citizens.

The consular post of the Republic of Serbia headed an honorary consular officer in Auckland, established on 8 February 2018, will contribute to an improved quality of consular protection in the interest of further promotion of relations between the two countries.
