A trilateral meeting between the Foreign Affairs Ministers of Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia was held on the fringes of the 72nd Session of the United Nations General Assembly.
At the meeting, Ministers Cavusoglu, Crnadak and Dacic welcomed the progress made in their economic cooperation. They agreed that priorities of their cooperation for the coming period should be in infrastructure and transport sectors. The Ministers discussed cooperation in fighting violent extremism and terrorism, and in addressing the problems related to irregular migration. First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic participated yesterday, in New York, at the Meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Central-European Initiative (CEI) Member States, organized by the current Belarus CEI Presidency. The Ministers discussed the need for forging stronger ties in the broader CEI region, and for enhancing regional cooperation. |
