First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic received today a farewell call from the outgoing Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Croatia to the Republic of Serbia, Mr Gordan Markotic.

Minister Dacic emphasized that the cooperation with Ambassador Markotic had been good, despite the matters which burdened the relations between the two countries.

In the meeting, they discussed the need to intensify the top- and high-level political dialogue between the two countries in the coming period, as well as to eliminate delays in the activity of some intergovernmental joint committees dealing with outstanding issues.

Minister Dacic wished Ambassador Markotic success in his future diplomatic career and personal life.
