Serbian Foreign Minister sends telegram of condolences following flash floods that hit Vietnam |

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic sent a telegram of condolences to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Pham Binh Minh, following the loss of human lives brought about by flash floods that had hit four northern provinces of the country.
"On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia and on my own behalf, I would like to convey to you most heartfelt condolences, and to offer sympathies to the families that have lost their loved ones to the floods that have struck your country. May I recall, Excellency, that although our countries are far apart, Serbia is a traditionally true friend of your country, ready to be of assistance within the limits of its possibilities", reads the telegram of condolences by the Serbian Foreign Minister. |
