A farewell call by French Ambassador Christine Moro

Meeting Dacic - MoroFirst Deputy Prime Minister and Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia received today a farewell call by Ambassador of the French Republic Christine Moro, who is about to bring her mission in the Republic of Serbia to an end.

Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic thanked Ambassador Moro for the cooperation and her personal contribution to the promotion of all-round relations between Serbia and France. Furthermore, he expressed gratitude for the support that the French Republic extended so far to the European path of the Republic of Serbia, conveying his expectation that this would continue in the future as well.

In the cordial talks it was estimated that the bilateral relations between the two countries were traditionally good, noting that the cooperation between the two countries was successful in many areas. The interlocutors also agreed that the economic bilateral cooperation was developed and that there was a trend of its further promotion.

Ambassador Moro extended her thanks for the excellent cooperation. She expressed her hope that the bilateral relations would be enhanced, as well as that Serbia would continue its progress towards EU membership.
