First Deputy Prime Ministers and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic sent a letter of condolences to Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, following the tragic loss of miners' lives in Hunan Province.

"I received with great sadness the news of the tragic accident which resulted in the loss of several lives.

On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia and on my own behalf, I extend my deepest condolences to you, your Government, and to the families of the victims.

The citizens of Serbia are sympathizing with the pain of the bereaved families and friends most sincerely. We wish a quick recovery to those injured", reads the condolence letter signed by the Serbian Foreign Minister.
