The "Belgrade Surrealists" book event, held at the Serbian Cultural Centre in Paris, on 9 March 2017, was devoted to the book "Outline for a Phenomenology of Irrational", representing the most comprehensive work of the Belgrade Surrealist Group.

The main philosophical-theoretic discourse by Koca Popovic, written in collaboration with Marko Ristic, belongs to one of the major programmatic works of Serbian surrealism.

Participants in the book review included Professor Henri Behar, Jelena Novakovic and Paolo Scopelliti, essayist Branko Aleksic and philosopher Jean-Pierre Faye.

The event concluded the cycle on the Serbian surrealist movement, organized by the Serbian Cultural Centre in Paris.
