"Seven reasons to do good business in Serbia" were presented at the Diplomatic Club of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Italian Republic, in an event co-hosted by the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Rome, Italy-Serbia Association, and the "Belgrado Business" consulting group.
Presentations on the topic were held by Charge d'Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Rome, Minister Counsellor Tatjana Garcevic, an Italian businessman operating in Serbia, Mr Simone Thiene, Secretary General of Italy-Serbia Association Prof Mauro Miccio, and marketing manager of the "Belgrado Business" consulting group,Mr Cosimo Errede. Ambassador Riccardo Sessa, President of the Italy-Serbia Association, moderated the event. The speakers pointed to the numerous advantages of investing in Serbia, ranging from incentives provided by the Serbian Government, access to a wide duty free market to political stability as one of the key security guarantees for foreign investments. Minister Counsellor Tatjana Garcevic informed the attendants about the advantages of investing in Serbia, at the same time underlining the free trade agreements which were in effect between Serbia and Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Turkey, as well as trade concessions in the frameworks of CEFTA and EFTA. |
