A book by Mladen Obradovic titled "A Brief History of Economic Relations between Serbia and the US" was presented at the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Washington D.C. The study follows the evolution of Serbia-US bilateral trading relations from 1881 to date, with a special chapter being dedicated to the contribution that Mihajlo Pupin and Nikola Tesla made to world science.

Ambassador Djedj Matkovic underlined, in his opening statement, the significance of this study for further scientific research, having in mind that it represents a concise overview of the bilateral trading relations in important historical periods.
