In the aftermath of attack in Jerusalem, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic addressed a message of condolences to Israeli Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Benjamin Netanyahu.

"On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and on my own behalf, I express sincere condolences to the bereaved families and friends of victims, to you and the people of Israel.

We were shocked by the news of this insidious and heinous act. The tragedy reminds us that the entire international community must be firmer in its resolve for fighting terrorism, which is encroaching upon our civilizational and cultural heritage.

I take this opportunity to reiterate that Serbia will remain committed to combating terrorism and all forms of hatred and violence", says the message of the Serbian Foreign Minister.
