Participation of Ministry of Foreign Affairs representatives in the panel discussion “International Humanitarian Law – Contemporary Challenges” |

![]() MFA representatives spoke on aspects of the Republic of Serbia's security policy in the context of international humanitarian law, i.e. on issues related to arms export control, disarmament and non-proliferation, including the application of international humanitarian law. Participants in the panel, opened by the President of the Serbian Red Cross, Prof Dr Dragan Radovanovic, also included as panellists Prof Dr Vesna Knezevic Predic, professor at the Faculty of Political Science, as well as Associate Professor Dr Milos Hrnjaz and Dr Zeljko Lezaja, from the same Faculty. The panel discussion was aimed at encouraging student interest in this area, and contributing to better understanding and acceptance of this branch of law. The audience included students of Law Faculties of Belgrade, Novi Sad, Kragujevac and Nis, the Defence University Military Academy, Belgrade University Faculty of Political Science, Faculty of Security Studies and the Faculty of Business Studies and Law. |
