At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, a commemorative meeting was held following the death of Ambassador Ivan Zivkovic while serving in Kenya.

The commemorative meeting was attended by family members, Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic and many colleagues of the deceased.

Minister Dacic underlined that the loss of Ambassador Ivan – Vanja Zivkovic deprived Serbia of an outstanding diplomat, the Foreign Ministry of one of its finest professionals and, first and foremost, deprived his colleagues of a friend.

The late Ambassador's dedication to work, duties and his family will be remembered.

It was underlined that Ambassador Zivkovic had left an indelible mark at the Ministry, leaving behind a lasting monument to knowledge, loyalty and friendship.
