First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic called on all state authorities in charge of the security of Prime Minster Aleksandar Vucic and his family to exercise particular caution, bearing in mind the current escalation of pressures brought to bear on the Republic of Serbia.
"A country and its leader pursuing an independent policy line, without serving interests other than those of Serbia, interfere with the plans of many international players. Unfortunately, history has taught us that they never have trouble finding a Serb to do their dirty job for them. It is therefore necessary to carry out a prompt investigation into the arms cache discovered at a site suitable for the assassination of Prime Minister Vucic, and arrest the responsible perpetrators and those who gave orders to them." |
