First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic congratulated Grand Mufti of the Islamic Community in Serbia Sead Nasufurovic and Serbian citizens who celebrate Eid al-Adha on this religious feast.

"On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and on my own behalf, I extend to you and to all Muslim citizens my most sincere congratulations on the occasion of the great religious holiday of Eid al-Adha.

Eid al-Adha reminds us anew of the timeless values of mutual respect and co-existence. May this holiday bring us hope and faith in a better future, and encourage us to persevere on the path of the triumph of love over hate, good over evil and falsehood, because we know that we shape the present and that is why we must shape it for all of us.

I hope that we will, notwithstanding all our diversity, persevere in all that comes our way and take care of one another."
