First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic received today a message of congratulation from the Slovak Foreign Minister Miroslav Lajčák on the occasion of Mr. Dacic's re-appointment as Minister in the new Serbian Government:
"I would gladly use this opportunity, on the occasion of constituting the Government of the Republic of Serbia, and congratulate you most sincerely on your re-appointment as Foreign Minister of the Republic of Serbia. The new Serbian Government stands in front of new challenges, both on the domestic and foreign political level, which will demand a significant amount of energy and dedicated work in the near future. Right now, Serbia needs representatives with knowledge, experience and determination in crucial moments, in order to achieve further progress in internal reforms and on its path towards the EU. I firmly believe, Your Excellency, that you possess the prerequisites, personal experience and political skills to successfully lead Serbia as its Minister of Foreign Affairs in the upcoming period. I wish to assure you that Slovakia will continue, during its Presidency of the Council of the European Union, to persevere in its support for the Serbian ambitions of integration, which will hopefully bring about success in the progress of Serbia in this area. And I am glad, personally, that the cooperation will continue between the two of us as partners in Europe," says the Slovak Foreign Minister's congratulatory message. |
