First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic received a letter of congratulations from Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Makei on the occasion of his appointment as Foreign Minister in the new Serbian Government:
