The Republic of Serbia underlines again that it advocates peaceful settlement of all disputes through dialogue of relevant parties, which applies to the issue of the South China Sea as well.

In this regard, Serbia supports the parties directly involved to find an acceptable solution amicably through consultations and negotiations, in line with bilateral agreements and the rules set out in the Declaration on the Conduct of Parties in the South China Sea, adhering to the principles of peaceful settlement of disputes.
