State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Roksanda Nincic received today a delegation of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs led by Assistant Foreign Minister and Secretary General of the China - Central and Eastern European Countries (CEEC) Secretariat Mr. Liu Haixing.

During the talks, views were exchanged on a vast number of issues relating to bilateral relations, and cooperation within the China – CEEC mechanism. The significance of the upcoming visit by President of the PR of China Xi Jinping to Serbia was particularly underlined.

They expressed their satisfaction over the fact that the relations between the two countries were characterized by intensive progress and development in numerous fields. Joint readiness was expressed to support and further develop these processes.

The Chinese delegation also had talks today with the Acting Assistant Foreign Minister for Bilateral Relations, Ambassador Goran Aleksic.
