On 10 May 2016, the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Switzerland sponsored a piano concert performed by Nikola Pesic, a Serbian pianist, which was held at the music hall "Krompholz" in Bern.

Nikola Pesic, who graduated from the Faculty of Arts in Nis (Department of Music – piano studies), is currently a postgraduate student at the University of Arts in Bern, and he has won numerous prizes from national and international piano competitions. In front of around thirty guests, representatives of the diplomatic corps, the diaspora and the academic and cultural communities, Nikola Pesic performed works composed by L. Janacek from the Czech Republic, G. Kurtag from Hungary, and K. Szymanowski from Poland.
