Within the bilateral political consultations held with the Republic of Cuba in Belgrade, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic received a courtesy visit from the head of the Cuban delegation, Deputy Foreign Minister for Bilateral Relations, Mr. Rogelio Sierra Diaz.

During their cordial talk, a high level of bilateral relations was jointly noted and the traditional friendship and closeness of political views demonstrated.

Interest in the preservation of positive dynamics of political dialogue was reaffirmed, along with the mutual support concerning issues of priority interests to both countries. In addition, significant potential for improving cooperation in the areas of public health, culture, science and sports among others was discussed.
