First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic received today a courtesy call from the newly-appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Chile to the Republic of Serbia, based in Athens, Maria Pia Busta Diaz.

Dacic wished a warm welcome to the Ambassador of Chile, pointing out the friendly relations between the two countries and our interest in their further improvement. The Chilean side confirmed the principled support to the Republic of Serbia regarding Kosovo and Metohija.

During the meeting they expressed mutual interest in intensifying political dialogue, through the realization of high and highest-level visits, as well as readiness to promote bilateral cooperation in all fields, especially in the economic one.
