Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to India, Mr. Vladimir Maric, attended the ceremony at the Presidential Palace in New Delhi, on 28 March 2016,where President of India Pranab Mukherjee conferred the "Padma Shri" award on Prof. Predrag Nikic, founder and President of the Serbian Yoga Federation and the International Society for Scientific Interdisciplinary Yoga Research. Prof. Nikic was one of this year's recipients of this award. Prof. Nikic visited the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia on the same day and informed Ambassador Maric of his work more extensively.
