Newly-appointed US Ambassador to Serbia met with Minister Dacic |

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic met today with newly-appointed Ambassador of the United States of America to the Republic of Serbia Kyle Scott.
Minister Dacic welcomed the new Ambassador and expressed satisfaction with the development of bilateral political relations and the level of mutual trust achieved thus far. The Minister underlined the Republic of Serbia's readiness for continuing the positive trend of the relations during Ambassador Scott's term as well. Ambassador Scott commended, among other things, the contribution of the Republic of Serbia to preserving regional stability, as well as its constructive approach to the migrant crisis. The Ambassador also pointed out that the US supported Serbia's EU integration and the Brussels negotiation process, expressing the expectation that the positive dynamics of bilateral relations would also continue in the coming period. |
