The UNESCO General Conference denied today "Kosovo's" UNESCO membership, given that the two-third majority required for its admission was not met.

Out of the 142 countries present and voting, 92 voted in favour of "Kosovan" membership, 50 voted against, and 29 countries were abstained. The required two-third majority was 95 votes.
