“The visit of Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic to the United States is an extremely successful, opening the way to the promotion of the relations with one of the mayor world powers.

The high level of understanding between the Prime Minister and the top US officials can only be welcomed by all the citizens of Serbia, with the exception of those opposition parties whose interests are not heeded by the fact that the Serbian Government and Aleksandar Vucic were highly commended for successful economic reforms and the role of Serbia in the stability of the region.

The current international position of Serbia is incomparably better and even the best in the last 25 years. It is precisely for this reason that the success of Prime Minister Vucic’s visit is a logical consequence of the results achieved by the Government.

Serbia will continue to pursue the course of strengthening its international position and reputation which will be seen in the months to come when, in addition to the progress achieved in the Brussels dialogue, exceptionally good relations with Germany and numerous regional initiatives, the Prime Minister will pay visits to Russia and China and Belgrade will host the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting in December.
