First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic received today Ambassador of the Russian Federation Alexander Chepurin.

Minister Dacic drew attention to the upcoming consideration of the initiative for Kosovo’s membership of UNESCO, which is unacceptable to Serbia. The interlocutors discussed practical steps to be taken in this regard prior to, and during, the meeting of the UNESCO Executive Council, to be held in Paris, in October 2015.

The talks also dealt with OSCE activities for the coming period, particularly the Human Dimension Implementation Meeting starting next week, in Warsaw.
