First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic had talks today with Ambassador of the United States of America to Belgrade Michael Kirby.

They discussed the implementation of OSCE activities in Ukraine and the process of finding a political solution to the crisis in that country, and in particular the preparations for local elections to be held in the autumn.

Opinions were also exchanged on the situation in the region arising from a large transit of migrants towards the countries of the Schengen Area.
