Minister Dacic received a farewell call from Ambassador of Japan

dacic-amb. JapanaFirst Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic received today a farewell call from Ambassador of Japan Masafumi Kuroki, on the occasion of the completion of the latter’s tenure in the Republic of Serbia.

In the talks with the Ambassador of Japan, Minister Dacic expressed his particular pleasure that during the term of office of Ambassador Masafumi Kuroki there had been an intensification of political dialogue and cooperation between Serbia and Japan, and underlined Serbia’s interest in enhancing economic and other forms of cooperation, with particular emphasis on measures aimed at increasing Japanese investments.
Serbian Foreign Minister Dacic reiterated his gratitude for the high level of solidarity expressed by the people of Japan following the catastrophic floods that hit Serbia last year. He assessed that the support and solidarity were mutual and that they constituted a lasting value in the further development of friendly relations between Serbia and Japan.
They agreed during the talks that the relations between the two countries were continuously on the rise and confirmed their readiness for intensifying mutual dialogue, exchange of visits at all levels and connecting the economies of the two countries.
