On the occasion of marking the 70th anniversary of Victory over Fascism, the "Balkan New Wave" theatre company from Belgrade performed a musical play titled "The Dream of the Balkans", on 8 May 2015, at the Residence of Ambassador Dragan Bisenic. The performance was attended by high-ranking officials from Egypt and representatives of the Diplomatic Corps and Serbian diaspora. This cultural event was received exceptionally well both by the attendants, and numerous Egyptian media outlets.
