algFirst Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic received today a courtesy call from Ambassador of the Democratic People’s Republic of Algeria to the Republic of Serbia Abdelhamid Chebchoub.

Minister Dacic welcomed Ambassador Chebchoub and, referring to the traditionally good relations between the two countries, noted that there existed possibilities to further promote and intensify the political, economic and other forms of bilateral cooperation.

Underlining Serbia’s interest to develop cooperation in all areas where possible, the Serbian Foreign Minister stressed the need for making additional joint efforts related to specific projects, including convening of Joint Committee meetings, continued cooperation on water management projects, as well as in the defence area.
