On the occasion of marking the Statehood Day of the Republic of Serbia, a concert of pianist Lenka Petrovic was held at the Arab Music Institute in Cairo on 8 February 2015.
Numerous Egyptian audience had the opportunity to hear an outstanding performance of pieces composed by Johann Sebastian Bach, Muzio Clementi, Robert Schumann, Franz Liszt and György Ligeti. Another performance of the Serbian pianist was arranged the following day at the Alexandria Opera House. Both concerts were co-hosted by the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Egypt and the Cairo Opera House.
