OSCE Chairperson-in-Office and Serbia’s Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic spoke tonight on the phone with his Special Representative in the Trilateral Contact Group, Ambassador Heidi Tagliavini, who informed him of the latest developments concerning the peace implementation plan in eastern Ukraine.

Dacic offered his full support to the engagement of Ms. Tagliavini and the Trilateral Contact Group. He voiced hope that the Trilateral Contact Group member states and all Minsk Document parties would gather, as soon as possible, for a new round of peace negotiations to be held in Minsk.
“I call on all parties to the conflict to cease hostilities and go back to the negotiating table. The international community expects the Minsk Document parties to abide by the undertaken commitments and to create conditions for peaceful resolution of the conflict”, Dacic said.
