First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic met today US film producer Steve Shapiro who is visiting Belgrade. The meeting was also attended by US Ambassador to Serbia Mr. Michael Kirby.

Interlocutors stressed that it was necessary to encourage foreign film making and production in Serbia, and voiced their readiness for overcoming the difficulties that had occurred in practice so far.
