First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic talked today in Paris with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the French Republic Laurent Fabius.

The visit to France was made within the preparations for Serbian Chairmanship of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
During the meeting, the Foreign Ministers of the two countries exchanged views on the results of the Ministerial Council recently held in Basel.
Discussions between the two Foreign Ministers focused on the role of the OSCE in the de-escalation of the Ukrainian crisis, as well as on the broader aspect of the European security system. The Ministers also addressed other issues of importance for this Organization.
Minister Dacic and Fabius also discussed the EU-Serbia negotiations and confirmed the support of France to the further European integration of Serbia.
