First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic received today Head of the EU Delegation to Serbia Michael Davenport.

Serbia's European integration process featured as the main topic of the meeting, as well as the results achieved so far in the course of the negotiating process, and possible further steps to be undertaken, particularly in the light of the recently presented EC's Serbia Progress Report.

Dacic and Davenport also recalled yesterday's meeting of ministers from Western Balkan countries, and assessed that the gathering had been successful and that it would definitely act as a catalyst for the continuation of regional cooperation, thus creating conditions favourable to the implementation of tangible projects in areas of economy and infrastructure.
