First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic met Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey
Lavrov, on the last day of the visit of the Serbian delegation attending the 69th session of the UN General Assembly.

The Ministers pledged themselves to the further enhancement of the good bilateral relations already existing between Serbia and Russia. Minister Lavrov confirmed that President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin was coming to Serbia in October. Moreover, agreement was reached on the holding of consultations concerning the Serbian OSCE Chairmanship.
