Serbian accordionist Petar Maric gave a solo concert at the Millennium Stage of the Kennedy Center in Washington, on 20 September 2014. The performance, attended by large audiences, was co-hosted by the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia and the World Artists Experiences. The programme featured classical works by Strauss and Korsakov, Serbian popular songs, and works by contemporary Serbian composers. The concert was also broadcast live on the web-page of the Kennedy Centre.
