Minister Dacic participates in the Donors’ Conference in Brussels |

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic will participate, in a delegation led by President of Serbia Tomislav Nikolic, at the International Donors' Conference for the assistance to Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, on Wednesday, 16 July 2014 in Brussels.
The Donors' Conference is organized by the European Commission, and co-chaired by France and Slovenia. The aim of the Conference is to raise funds for the rehabilitation of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina and the improvement of flood and natural disasters prevention in the region. The Conference will be attended by Prime Minister of Slovenia Alenka Bratušek, French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius, EU Commissioner for Enlargement Stefan Fule, and the EU Commissioner for Humanitarian Aid Kristalina Georgieva. Several hundreds of representatives of institutions and Member States of the European Union and other countries confirmed their participation in the Conference. Along with the United Nations and its agencies, World Bank, International Monetary Fund, OSCE and the regional development banks, the Conference will be attended by numerous non-governmental organizations, the International Red Cross, as well as by the representatives of the private and civil sector and the media. |
