First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic underscored today, at the Meeting of SEECP Foreign Ministers in Bucharest, the importance of cooperation among the SEECP participating States in the further European integration process of the SEE region as a whole, pointing out in particular the valuable experiences of the countries which have already become EU members.
On the fringes of the Conference, Minister Dacic talked with Romanian Prime Minister Viktor Ponta. The Romanian Prime Minister reiterated on this occasion that Romania was firmly committed to supporting the continued European integration of Serbia, and that it would provide all the necessary assistance on its European path. During the meeting of Minister Dacic with Moldovan Foreign Minister Natalia Gherman, the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Moldova on Customs Cooperation and Mutual Assistance was signed. Ministers Dacic and German agreed that visas between the two countries should be abolished. |
