The Serbian Cultural Centre in Paris held, on 22 May 2014, the documentary exhibition "Serbia in the Great War 1914-1918" in the framework of the commemoration of the centenary of WW1. The author of the exhibition is Sitolen Franchet d'Esperey – Vujic, descendent of the celebrated Marchal L.F. d'Esperey. The exhibition contains some 300 original artifacts from that epoch: paintings, newspaper cuttings, posters, postcards, videos and books testifying to Serbian-French friendship. On the occasion, the audience was addressed by Serbian Ambassador to Paris Rajko Ristic. The official programme of the event included the European Museum Night, exceptionally opened to the Paris public, which was visited by 450 viewers. The exhibition will be open until 21 June 2014.
