FDPM and MFA Ivica Dacic: Serbia enjoys great prestige among the non-aligned |

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia Ivica Dacic is attending the Ministerial Conference of the Non-Aligned Movement in Algiers, where he had а number of meetings with his counterparts.
The Serbian Foreign Minister discussed with the President of the Algerian Parliament possibilities for improving cooperation between the two countries. Dacic met with the Foreign Ministers of Turkey, Indonesia, Zimbabwe and Zambia, whom he informed about the political activities of Serbia and the efforts of the Government to stabilize the economy. Minister Dacic explained the scale of the damage caused by flooding and explored the possibility of providing assistance to Serbia in order to recover from the effects of disaster damage as soon as possible.
"Serbia enjoys great prestige among the non-aligned. Our goal is to resume cooperation, both political and economic, with 120 countries rallied around the Non-Aligned Movement. We are well on track to achieve this goal, because Serbia has a great reputation among the non-aligned. In my today's conversations we jointly agreed that there was vast potential to significantly strengthen economic cooperation with our country, promote commodity trade and increase the presence of our companies in Third World countries", assessed First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia Ivica Dacic. |
