First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic sent a message to all the people abroad wishing to help to contact first our consulates in the countries where they are located.

"If you want to send assistance from abroad, you must contact the consulate of the Republic of Serbia in that country in order to be provided with the accompanying certificates".

It is necessary to approach consulates to get a certificate that will allow the assistance through the border without any problem.
