First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic met today in Vienna with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
The two Ministers discussed bilateral relations, confirming on that occasion that relations between the two countries had been good. It was pointed out that Serbia would remain a loyal friend to Russia, and that it would not change its position. Minister Dacic, who is participating at the 124th Session of the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers in the Austrian capital, met during the day also the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Finland and Turkey. Meetings with the OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier and Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjorn Jagland have also been planned.
