The activities in the framework of the project of marking the WWI centenary in the Italian Republic commenced by the Roman promotion of the book "For the Serbian army- one untold story" by the author Mila Mihajlovic.

A very successful presentation of the book about the suffering of the Serbian Army during the First World War, and the assistance provided by the Italian Navy at the time, was held at the Vittoriano museum complex hall in Rome, in cooperation between the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Serbia and the Ministry of Defence of the Italian Republic.

Minister of Defence of the Italian Republic Roberta Pinotti, Minister of Defence of the Republic of Serbia Nebojsa Rodic, Head of the Italian Armed Forces General Staff, Italian Admiral Luigi Binelli Mantelli, historian Paolo Mieli and Mila Mihajlovic, the author of the book, addressed the large audience.
