Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivan Mrkic received today Apostolic Nuncio in Belgrade Orlando Antonini.

Issues concerning bilateral relations were discussed in the talks, with particular emphasis placed on rounding off the preparations for signing the bilateral agreement on higher education between the Republic of Serbia and the Holy See.

Topics discussed also included preparations for the visit of Secretary for Relations with States of the Holy See D. Mamberti, and opening of the conference of bishops in Pancevo.
