Bilateral consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey were held today in Belgrade.

The Serbian delegation was headed by MFA State Secretary Dr. Snezana Jankovic, while the Turkish side was led by the Undersecretary of the Turkish MFA Feridun Sinirlioğlu, with the participation of experts on both sides.

Bilateral relations featured as the main topic of consultations, with emphasis placed on economic cooperation. Regional and multilateral cooperation were also discussed.

In addition, views were also exchanged on issues where the two sides do not see eye-to-eye, but they did so in good faith and with the wish for these to be resolved through constant consultations at all levels, without hindering the process of cooperation in the areas of mutual interest.
