Thessaloniki Frontline Exhibition Opens at the Embassy of Serbia in Ljubljana

Izlozba"The Thessaloniki front through the lens of the war painter and photographer Dragoljub Pavlovic", an exhibition staged by the Valjevo National Museum, opened today at the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Ljubljana.

The exhibition puts together twenty-two panels showing the works of the author who captured historical moments with his camera.

Photographs and documents chiefly focused on historical personalities, such as Serbian King Peter and Prince Alexander, Greek King Constantine, generals of the Serbian and the Allied armies, and the Thessaloniki front landscapes and battlefields.

The opening of the exhibition was attended by the representatives of Serbian associations in Slovenia, "Saint Cyril and Saint Methodius" Serbian Orthodox Church, and other prominent persons. Guests were addressed by Ambassador Aleksandar Radovanovic.
